Data we collect
- When a user submits an inquiry, we collect the minimum data needed for partner routing, such as name, contact details, target area, move-in timing, residence-status plan, and guarantor-support needs. Sensitive identity documents should remain with the partner side whenever possible.
Why we use the data
- Collected data is used for partner routing, inquiry handling, service improvement, and audit logging. It is not intended for unrelated secondary use.
Partner sharing
- We only share inquiry data with eligible partners when the user has consented. The scope is limited to information required for response and listing suggestions.
