Editorial policy

This page explains how content is created, which sources are used, how updates are handled, and how we manage corrections and rights.

Source priority

  • Live listing information is expected to rely first on official partner feeds. Supporting context is then strengthened with public open data, official documentation, and partner-published policy information.

Updates and freshness

  • Sitemaps, listing rules, open-data policy pages, and key guides are reviewed regularly. For live inventory, the preferred model is at least daily freshness checks, ideally every few hours.

Corrections and rights management

  • When errors or stale information are found, the relevant page is updated and, when needed, its internal links, titles, schema, and sitemap coverage are reviewed as well. Images and floor plans must be rights-cleared before publication.

Frequently asked questions

Which information should users trust first?

For final listing status and contract terms, users should rely on the guidance from the licensed partner agency or management company. This site is designed to support comparison and understanding before that step.
